Veggie Sticks with Hummus


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into sticks
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables into sticks or bite-sized pieces.
  2. Arrange the veggies on a plate.
  3. Serve with a cup of hummus for dipping.
