Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- In a glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture.
- Add a layer of mixed berries.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with a few mint leaves for garnish.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
