Vegetable Fried Rice


Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice (preferably leftover and cooled)
  • Mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • Scrambled eggs (optional)
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Garlic powder and ginger powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan or wok.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  3. Add cooked rice and scrambled eggs (if using).
  4. Season with soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  5. Stir well to combine and heat through.
