Egg Salad Sandwich


Ingredients:

  • Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Whole grain bread slices
  • Lettuce leaves

Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped eggs with Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) and mustard.
  2. Spread onto whole grain bread slices.
  3. Top with lettuce leaves and another slice of bread.
