Fruit and Yogurt Parfait


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • A few mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
  2. In a glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt mixture.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with a few mint leaves for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
