Instructions:
- Marinate Paneer:

- Add paneer cubes to the marinade. Coat the paneer cubes evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Cook Paneer:
- Heat oil in a grill pan or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers (if using). Place the skewers on the grill pan or skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the paneer cubes are golden brown and slightly charred.
- Serve Hot:
- Remove from heat and serve paneer tikka hot with green chutney or yogurt dip.
