Banana Oatmeal Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
