Apple Cinnamon Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add apple, yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
