Cheesy Chicken Fajita Wraps


Ingredients:

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Slice the bell peppers and onions into thin strips.
  • Shred the cooked chicken breast if not already done.
  1. Cook the Veggies:
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes, or until the veggies are tender and slightly caramelized.

  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
